  1. Spend some quiet time and think, ask yourself what you wanted to do when you grew up.
  2. What is possibly missing?
    • The desire for that adrenaline rush again?

    • To start that business?
    • To find out who you are now that the kids are independent and you aren’t sure what lights you up anymore?
  3. Journal your ideas, let your mind go. Jot down what you’re thinking. What are the possibilities?

Then act! Even taking a baby step is a start.

Stop the excuses, stop overthinking, and do it. Because you are equipped, you are enough, and it is time!
